About C&S Consulting

C&S Consulting was founded by Melanie Harris, a Hampton Roads native who was born and raised in the area and continues to serve her community as a resident of Suffolk and a member of the Isle of Wight Chamber of Commerce.

After years of working with business owners across many industries, Melanie began to notice a pattern. Marketing decisions were often driven by the loudest salesperson in the room rather than a clear understanding of the audience or how multiple channels work together. At the same time, these business owners were wearing multiple hats and managing day-to-day demands, which made it difficult to step back and focus on long-term strategy.
